Villa Atalanta
The small-scale holiday complex Villa Atalanta is located on the Costa Tropical, in the southeast of Andalusia. The complex is located at 500 meters altitude, surrounded by endless almond and olive groves and only a 10 minute drive from the Mediterranean. You can find the villa on an estate of approximately 50,000 square meters. Villa Atalanta’s main building consists of three apartments, one of which is permanently inhabited by the owners. There are also three detached holiday homes, spread over the estate. The view is spectacular. At the front you see the Mediterranean, with on clear days as bonus the contours of Morocco. At the back you look out on the snow-covered peaks of the Sierra Nevada (during winter time). The other view consists of slopes with almond, olive and cork oak trees with in between some typical Spanish white villages. The apartments and holiday homes are luxuriously , modernly furnished and fully equipped. There is a spacious veranda and a private garden in front of or next to each accommodation. In addition, there is a spacious swimming pool and a tropical garden that all guests can use. Breakfast is served on request and guests can enjoy a delicious dinner a few days a week. In the villa you will experience an unforgettable holiday of space, peace and comfort, in the middle of the beautiful nature.
Accommodations
Villa Atalanta has five different accommodations available: two apartments located in the main building and three detached holiday homes. All accommodations have views over the Mediterranean Sea and include:
- Living room with separate living and dining area. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with a separate mattress (140 x 200 cm). There is also a television and a DVD player.
- Luxury kitchen with all necessary amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- Bathroom with rain shower, toilet and sink. There is also a hair dryer available in each accommodation.
- Bedroom with king size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- The holiday homes have a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
- Both the living room and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. During the colder months the air conditioning can be used as heating.
- To the front and side of each accommodation is a spacious private veranda and garden with a six-person dining table and lounge chairs.
- All holiday homes and apartments have wifi.
- Bed and bath linen are included in the price.
Casa Salobreña
Casa Salobreña is a detached holiday home located on the south. The house has a splendid view of the Mediterranean, is about 55 m2 and has two bedrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with a 140 x 200 cm mattress.
Casas Trevélez and Pampaneira
The casas Trevélez and Pampaneira are detached holiday homes located on the southeast. The houses are over 60 m2 in size, have beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Nevada. The houses have two bedrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with a 140 x 200 cm mattress.
Apartments Rijana and Alborán
The apartments Rijana and Alborán are located in the main building. Both apartments are about 40 m2 and have one bedroom with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm). The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by a maximum of two children. The apartments have a spacious covered terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
